WHAT I WORE: Bayou City Art Festival

My friend MarSha and I had a fun time taking outfit photos at BCAF.  We found an area inside Sam Houston Park with this fabulous mural and an awesome tree that we could climb! The weather was PERFECT for BCAF. I knew I wanted to be comfortable for a day of walking around. My stretchy striped skirt and striped tank top are some of my favorite comfy pieces. I also like pairing them together because they are opposites. One is white with black stripes and the other is black with white stripes! Haha! I know that just sounds like black and white each time, but look at the picture and you'll see what I'm talking about. The tree had a loop in its branches that MarSha and I thought looked like a portal to another world or dimension...like in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis. If you've never read that book, or watched any of the TV Show or movie adaptations you need to!

Oh you know, just me entering the tree portal and heading to see what the other side has in store!

On the other side!
