Introducing The BodyBoss Fitness Guide

The BodyBoss Ultimate Fitness Guide is a new fitness program geared to help you reach your fitness goals within 12 weeks! The guidebook (shown above) is a very easy-to-follow workbook that clearly illustrates how to do the exercises and lets you keep track of your achievements. The workouts are structured for 3 times a week and target different areas of the body. Mondays are for legs & booty, Wednesdays are for arms, abs & core and Fridays are full body workouts. The book also recommends cardio and recovery exercises for Tuesdays and Thursdays making it easy to fit in various workout types! And if it's been awhile since you've worked out, or you're just starting off there's a bonus 4-week pre-training program to complete before you kick-off the official program. I like that BodyBoss gives you this option, because it's been AWHILE since I've worked out and being able to prepare my body for the high intensity workouts seems the best way to ensure my safety while doing the workouts. 

I also love that I can work out ANYWHERE with this guidebook. The book is small enough to carry it around with me or you can download the mobile version and always have it with you on the phone. The workouts don't require bulky fitness equipment so you can just stop where you are and get to work! They also have super cute workout clothes available to show off your #BodyBoss pride! I opted to try out the tank top, but it was a little snug on my tummy, so I just rolled it up into a sports bra!
