As I've mentioned in a few posts over the last few weeks, I was asked to be a speaker at the Women Are Gamechangers Bootcamp.  My topic was "Authority in my Niche" and I spoke to the attendees last Saturday. It was such a great event. It was very intimate, and not only did I speak, but I was privy to listen to the other bootcamp speakers and learned a wealth of valuable information about social media, business, & blogging.  The other speakers were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.  This was definitely a bootcamp not to be missed.  Sometimes you have to spend money, to make money, and no money is better spent than investing in your own development and knowledge of tools to succeed.
Vernetta kicked off the bootcamp by speaking on LinkedIn
LaRachelle Smith gave a great presentation on Social Media Marketing and some great statistics on the influence of social media on marketing
Tonya Hofmann gave great tips on ways to look for clients at places as unexpected as Starbucks
Knowing your target audience/market -  Tonya stressed that we would want clients, etc that love what they do
and that they want to be connected
Women Are Gamechangers presented a check to the founder of the TEEN Excellence Charity at the bootcamp

And last but not least, Alexandra Velez of taught us how to use social media to get that final sale: Social Media Monetization

    1. Thanks Letty! It was! I was nervous but I think it went okay! I just checked with the host, and their camera wasn't working well so they didn't record. I'll try and record the next preso I do! Thanks for supporting me! :-)
