Wacoal Catalogs and my yummy cocktail drink
Back in October I was invited to a "Cocktails & Fittings" event by Wacoal in preparation for their Houston Debut.  Their PR Firm La Force & Stevens invited Houston Bloggers to this special event at Hotel Zaza.  This was my first time inside Hotel Zaza and I was thoroughly impressed!! But enough about the hotel back to the Wacoal event.  To be honest, I had never heard of Wacoal before this invitation, but I'm so glad I know about them now!
I'm super ready to try out Wacoals line of strapless bras
Wacoal is an intimate apparel company and their products are now being sold in stores in Houston. Wacoal had booked the Rockstar Suite at Zaza to entertain us bloggers, and they had yummy treats and drinks.  We each received a personal fit consultation in which our fit specialist told us the things that were wrong with our current bras, and stuff to look for to ensure the best fit and when to replace our bras.  And no she wasn't just saying this to get us to buy Wacoal's brand, her tips were great for all bras in general.  My fit specialist found my perfect size and there was an immediate difference in how I looked with the Wacoal Bra versus the bra I came in with. Upon leaving we received a free Wacoal bra and a goodie bag with a stylish travel toiletry case.
This is the one I chose for my complimentary bra
They also had a display showing some of their other product offerings including the iPant.  I spoke with Hannah Rood, PR Rep for La Force & Stevens about the iPant.  The iPant is Wacoal's new anti-cellulite shapewear. I found the iPant intriguing because it actually contains minerals that secrete into your body over time to help minimize cellulite.  I told Hannah I wanted to participate in the 28-day iPant challenge (stay tuned for more details about this).

  3. Me neither! I love them! THey feel great on!

  4. Yea bra shopping is just something I don't do as much as I should. I'm definitely guilty of holding onto a bra too long, and looking crazy. It's amazing how much a good fit can change the way you look in clothes!

  5. Looks like an amazing event! I still have time finding bras that fit. I also have a hard time letting go of bras that don't fit anymore. I know they stretch out after some time, but it's just such a pain to buy new ones.

  6. Wow, that looks like a lovely event. And such nice bras!

  8. This bra has the great fit of the wacoal. I am size 36G, (normally sized 34G in other brands but Wacoal always ran a little snug in the number size.). I am 5'4" tall, so this one has a little lower area for cleavage which is nice because sometimes with my other wacoal, I had trouble with the bra being too high for v necks.
I really like just my size bras too, very comfortable and pretty.
