SUPER BOWL WEEK: Art After Dark with Bruno MarsMonday, February 27, 2017
Earlier this year, PepsiCo launched a new premium water beverage called Lifewtr. Full of electrolytes, the water is poised to be a favorite on water shelves. Lifewtr was a major sponsor for Super Bowl 51. They had a bunch of LifeWtr installations at Super Bowl Live and in around Houston. The Bottle installations were cool because of the artwork on the bottles. The designs on the bottles will change yearly because PepsiCo has partnered with different graphic designers and photographers to create the labels. They are definitely the perfect accessory to a healthy lifestyle change.

As part of their launch, Lifewtr partnered with Club Nomadic during the Super Bowl to host "Art After Dark". Club Nomadic is a traveling venue that lands at major events around the country. It was pretty cool that the venue was only built a few months before the Super Bowl arrived. Art After Dark was a fusion of music, art, and technology, that featured headliner Bruno Mars, and tunes by DJ Khaled. Lifewtr was nice enough to invite me plus one guest to attend the event! I of course accepted. I invited my friend Amburlee Price to attend with me, as an early birthday celebration! Our birthdays are back to back. I arrived around 7:45 pm to cover the red carpet, which actually turned out to be black. I ran into my fellow blogger friend, Lynne Gabriel who brought her hubby along. It was fun to cover the red carpet and feel important! We were standing next to Extra and Entertainment Tonight correspondents. We saw tons of celebrities, including John Legend and Cee-Lo Green.

After covering the red carpet, we headed inside to the VIP level of Club Nomadic. There was food everywhere, cute lounge seatings, free drinks, and epic views of Bruno Mars on the stage. After Bruno Mars performed, DJ Khaled turned the place up with an epic set! Amburlee and I had a lot of fun!
