DISCOVER: Hubbell & Hudson

Like most people, I love food. It's hard to believe that I used to be a picky eater.  I guess I'm still somewhat picky, but there used to be a time where my parents only ordered me the bun with ketchup from McDonald's. Anyhoo, during our 4th of July #GoHouston staycation in the Woodlands, we were invited to check out the restaurant Hubbell & Hudson. Hubbell and Hudson are located in the Woodlands and they have several locations, each of them with distinct dining experiences; Bistro, Cureight, and Kitchen. We ate at the Kitchen version, which is a fast-casual concept dining experience. Fast-Casual means no service, as in no waiters, etc. You order your food in line, pay and when your buzzer goes off & you retrieve your food. However, the Kitchen also doubles as a market! They sell everything from wine, beer, meat, and candies. They also have a dessert bar, gelato, and espresso station. When I arrived, I scanned the menu, and ordered the All-American burger. I had tooo! It was 4th of July weekend and what better way to celebrate than ordering the All-American burger.
