I'm always thinking of new ways to evolve my blog and provide new and exciting content for all of you, so I'm adding a new feature: Style Tips! Style Tip posts will feature ways to style apparel items why I think they work! For my first Style Tips post, I'm featuring my new favorite dress from City Chic, purchased at Nordstrom. You can see how I styled it HERE.

The ways to style this tunic dress are endless....In fact I was getting so carried away on polyvore, that I lost track of time! I managed to get my style options down to 3, but trust if you need any additional help styling this tunic I'm your girl! I am a little mad at City Chic for styling this tunic on their website with leggings. I could see one of the models with one of the print/color options for this dress pictured in leggings, but not all of them! I like to show my legs, since that draws attention away from my stomach, so I wore this tunic as a dress with no legs! I had to finagle with the picture in polyvore to get the model to have legs! LOLOL. However the tunic is still cute with leggings and I left that for the 3rd style option.

Look 1 - If you find yourself between sizes in a look, it's better to go for the bigger size and either have your garment taken in, or add items to it to enhance the fit. I added a blue belt to cinch the waist.  Look 1 is a great look for going out with friends to a casual dinner or happy hour. 

Look 2 - This is your glam option. Take this dress out for a night out on the town. This dress can really go with any shoes and I provided at least 3 options.  Statement necklace, ring and stacked bracelets complete the look. 

Look 3 - Tunic is now ready for work or a day of running errands. Wedges and flats are super chic and comfortable and if you are worried about the length of the dress add leggings turns it into a tunic-shirt versus a dress.
