THE EVENT: Far East Movement at Macy's for APAHMWednesday, May 29, 2013
|J-Splif, Kev Nish, Me, DJ Virman & Prohgress|
To celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, Macy's brought in Far East Movement to stop at select Macy's locations around the country to talk about their style and perform a mini-concert for their fans. With all 4 members being Asian Pacific American, they had great insight on what's it's like to be an APA in the US, their style influences, and mentors. Kicking off the event the guys came out to do a panel chat with Reuben of Hot 95.7. They were asked about their heritage, their style and then the panel was opened up to the crowd to ask the guys some questions.

It was SUCH a fun event, I had a great time! When I went to take my photo with FEM, the guys were like "You tweeted us, Live Life in Style, right?" and I replied with a big cheesy grin, "Yep that was me!"
