WHAT I WORE: Construction Chic

Tuesday, February 21, 2012

With my pipeline engineering job, I work with a lot of construction companies to install our pipelines.  The last company I worked with gave me one of their team's construction shirts. I knew that it would be too big, but I was super excited to wear it, because I had many plans for it! I purposely button the shirt incorrectly because I like the messy effect. I've always wanted to do that with one of my button-ups ever since I've seen it on a few other blogs.

  4. I'd never thought of buttoning a shirt incorrectly - what a funky idea! This shirt actually looks really fashionable, not like a 'real' construction shirt if you know what I mean - great styling. And i also like the name 'construction chic', tee hee :)
