Though it's the shortest month of the year, I know more people with birthdays in February than any other month of the year! A lot of them are just a few days before or after mine on the 9th. My friend Jessica celebrated her 40th Birthday this past weekend. 40 right? She doesn't look a day over 25! I hope I look that good at 40! For her birthday she went to dinner and then out to the new Scott Gertner's Bar at Houston Pavilions. I had been running around all week, so I only made it to the Bar part, but it was tons of fun! I love the new location. This is what I chose to wear.
